Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- ASST. ENGINEER
- Prepare BOQ and budget for any assigned civil engineering job.
- Cost estimation & procurement planning.
- Prepare work schedule.
- Supervise the project construction works as per the works program & guideline.
- Check & verify the bill of the contractors.
- Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
- Fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
- Study the structural, architectural & other design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
- Check the quality and quantity of the required construction materials.
- Preparation of daily progress report.
- Ensure site equipments maintenance & cleanliness of the site.
- Ensure safe environment in site through project engineer.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
- ASST. TOWN PLANNER
- All types of reporting in raster and vector data wise as per GIS analysis.
- Reviewing and monitoring existing planning policy documents.
- Producing planning submissions, appeals, design and access statements and other documents.
- Helping to ensure that areas are attractive, safe and pleasant to live, work in and visit.
- Working to energies places that have become run-down.
- Balancing the needs of a growing population with environmental impacts.
- Conducting appropriate research to inform planning applications.
- Helping to draft and review planning applications.
- Assisting with consultations and negotiations with consultants and developers.
- Enforcing planning controls for developments.
- Assisting with the provision of services to clients and contributing to projects.
- Developing business relationships & running public consultations.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
- ASST. ARCHITECT
- Make sure all plans are in-place, system architecture aligns with system requirements.
- Traveling all around existing and prospective projects for development and supervision purposes.
- Report regularly to the higher authority and appraise the progress.
- Capable to handle a project individually from Design, documentation with specification.
- Performs, reviews and coordinates all architectural design and field construction management.
- Effectively schedule projects to ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget and on target.
- Reports project status to project team and discipline manager as requested.
- Responsible for providing architectural drawing for the project in a professional environment.
- Preparing studies, layouts and detailed design for projects.
- Ensure drawings and models meet project, departmental and industry standard requirements.
- Prepare architectural, structural and interior concept design/3D perspective design.
- Sound knowledge in modern architectural & structural design & drawings.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
