Mass Group was formed under the partnership deed agreement among the partner signed on 01.10.2015. It will be converting to limited company within short time. Formation of this company, financial investment-return, implementation procedure etc. is under laid in the partnership deed of agreement. It will cover all partnership laws.
Mass Group acts as an umbrella, which guard and guided consultancy, construction, engineering product and related works. This construction company is privately owned corporation with its corporate and only office in “Ramna Trade Center, CDA Avenue, Muradpur, Chittagong”. We employ between 30 and 100 office and field personal at any time including 3 project manager and supervisors. Our total of managed projects for 2016 was approximately over 50 with between 3 and 5 job site under construction at any time.
For nearly half a decade, we have worked under many different contracting formats, including construction manager both “at-risk” and “agency “type, design-build and general contractors as well as consulting for projects have managed from government to commercial to educational to corporate office buildings to health care facilities. The common factor in all these projects is the need for quality construction, indicates scheduling (phrasing), job site safety, and tight budget contract.
